DLF Set to Build Luxury Homes in Gurugram with ₹5,500 Crore Investment

    DLF Ltd., one of the real estate giants in Gurgaon is set to invest approx. ₹5,500 crore in its new luxury residential project. Named DLF Privana North, this project will be located in Sector 76/77, spanning across 18 acres. Featuring more than 1,150 luxury apartments, the company plans to expand its portfolio in the region. This marks DLF’s third major project within its expansive 116-acre DLF Privana township.

    DLF Privana North is currently in its pre-launch stage and is expected to boost the company's sales targets in this fiscal year. DLF has been witnessing strong demand for its luxury residences, where Privana North is expected to repeat the success of its previous launches.

    The company has already made a notable impact in the area with two earlier projects, DLF Privana West and DLF Privana South, both of which were fully sold within days of their launches. The Privana West project, covering 12.57 acres, was sold for ₹5,590 crore in May 2024, while the Privana South project, spanning 25 acres, generated ₹7,200 crore in sales in January 2024. These strong sales have bolstered DLF's reputation in the luxury real estate market.

    For the fiscal year 2024-25, DLF reported record sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore, a significant 44% increase from ₹14,778 crore the previous year. The company has set a sales target of ₹20,000-22,000 crore for the current fiscal and aims to achieve it by launching new residential projects worth over ₹17,000 crore. This includes the upcoming Privana North project, which is expected to further fuel sales growth.

    In addition to its residential developments, DLF has been focusing on expanding its luxury portfolio. Last fiscal, the company launched 7.5 million square feet of new space with an estimated revenue potential of ₹40,600 crore. From this, it successfully sold 5 million square feet, generating ₹19,344 crore in sales.

    DLF's most ambitious project, The Dahlias, which covers 4.5 million square feet, has also seen strong demand, with sales bookings amounting to ₹13,744 crore in the last fiscal year. The company remains optimistic about the sustained demand for luxury homes and plans to capitalize on this trend by continuing to launch new products.

    With its focus on high-quality developments and strategic launches, DLF aims to maintain its dominant position in the real estate market while delivering value to its investors and customers alike.
