Step1
The property owner contacts INFRAMANTRA and enters into an arrangement with INFRAMANTRA to manage/rent-out/sell the property (Flat/Bungalow) on the property owner's behalf.
Step2
House owner hands over keys and relevant property documents to the INFRAMANTRA operations team assigned to the property.
Step3
The operations team at INFRAMANTRA looks for tenants/buyer who have a solid history.
Step4
Following the potential tenant's/buyer’s agreement, INFRAMANTRA performs the following:
a) A tenant/buyer background check.
b) Obtain the owner's approval along with verification of the background investigation.
Step5
INFRAMANTRA creates the rental/sale agreement for the tenant/buyer and the property owner to sign after the potential tenant/buyer has been successfully verified.
Step6
INFRAMANTRA keeps the property up to date till the contract's conclusion.
