Roles and Responsibilities

	<li>Manage the overall running of the sales team&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Achieve growth and complete the sales targets.</li>
	<li>Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier</li>
	<li>Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities</li>
	<li>Manage the relationship with Developers to generate more opportunities&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses &amp; Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements.</li>
