The YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme 2025 is a golden opportunity for those looking to invest in affordable housing along the Yamuna Expressway. With previous schemes receiving lakhs of applications, this latest offering has also seen a massive response. The full form of YEIDA is Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. Established under the UP Industrial Development Act, 1976, for the development of YEIDA notified areas. Greater Noida and Noida are two key townships in YEIDA notified areas. This government body introduces new schemes for residential, industrial, and commercial purposes from time to time.
YEIDA notified areas include 6 districts in Uttar Pradesh: Agra, Hathras, Mathura, Aligarh, Bulandshahr, and Gautam Budh Nagar, encompassing 3,352 sq.km. of area in total with 1149 villages. If you're planning to apply, here’s everything you need to know about the scheme, plot details, eligibility, payment, and application process.
YEIDA Notified Areas: Regions Under Development
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) oversees development in several districts of Uttar Pradesh. Here's a quick breakdown:
Phase 1 – Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahr
-
Key tehsils: Jewar and Sadar (Gautam Budh Nagar), Khurja and Sikandrabad (Bulandshahr)
Phase 2 – Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, and Agra
-
Development plans are expanding into these districts under Phase 2.
Land Use
The notified area under YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme is marked for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional use, promoting balanced urban growth.
Massive Demand for YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme
The YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme 2025 is the third such offering from the authority. After receiving over 3 lakh applications for the earlier two schemes (offering 361 and 451 plots), this latest scheme has attracted over 54,000 applicants for just 276 plots—a clear indicator of the scheme's popularity.
YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme 2025: What’s New?
Under this scheme, YEIDA is offering plots in Pocket-9B, Sector 18 of YEIDA City, previously stuck in legal issues since 2009. With all disputes now resolved, YEIDA is offering these plots for residential development once again. This is expected to be the last large-scale residential plot offering under current land availability.
