GURUGRAM: Amid strong demand for luxury residential properties, Emaar India launches Emaar Urban Ascent in Sector 112 Gurugram with a plan to invest Rs.1600 Cr. in the development of this luxury housing project.
"We have launched a new housing project on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. It is a 9.2 acre luxury housing project where we will be developing 816 apartments," Emaar India CEO Kalyan Chakrabarti told PTI (Source- Business Standard).
This project is going to be developed under JDA (Joint Development Agreement) with the land owners. As the housing demand inclines in Delhi-NCR, Emaar’s Urban Ascent is going to be a project that offers a blend of luxury, convenience, and comfort.
The total investment to develop this 9.2 acres of green project is expected to be around Rs. 1600 Cr. The company has 2.5BHK, 3.5 BHK, and 4.5 BHK residential apartments for sale, with price range starting from 2.5 Cr. The project is expected to be completed in the next 4 to 5 years.
Inframantra Founder, Shiwang Suraj said- “Emaar India’s new project Emaar Urban Ascent is seeing good response from home-buyers and investors.” The demand for good real estate builders is especially high, he said. Located on Dwarka Expressway, the project will have 816 luxury apartments for sale with amenities such as clubhouse, swimming pool, open-air theater, multi-purpose lawn, and a fully equipped gym.
This is the first project by Emaar India this year, while in November 2024, the company launched “Amaris,” a new project at Sector 62, Golf Course Extension road at an investment of Rs. 1000 crores, apart from the land cost. With a land parcel of 6.2 acres, the project is going to house 522 luxury residential apartments.
