Elan Group headquartered in Gurgaon is going to invest Rs.30 billion to develop an ultra-luxury project next to Dwarka Expressway, in Sector 106. A part of Elan’s 50+ acres luxury township with integrated residential apartments, a 5-star hotel, branded residences, premium office spaces, and a high-end mall, this project boasts 28,70,000 sq.ft of total saleable area. The project features 5 high-rise towers comprising 600 units in total. 

Elan group has onboarded a globally acclaimed architectural firm, SWA - one of the leading landscaping architects, and many other global firms to develop this ambitious project. At present, Elan’s group has 15 projects in its portfolio, comprising retail, residential, commercial and hospitality developments. Covering approx. 25 million sq.ft. of built-up area, these projects are strategically located in prime locations of New Delhi and Gurugram. In the year 2022, Elan stepped into the luxury residential segment launching Elan Presidential, Dwarka Expressway, Sector 106.
