Significance of Metro Line Expansion in Gurgaon.
When you look at the names of the metro stations, you will see that some of them fall in Old Gurgaon, while others in New Gurgaon, bridging both the regimes, old and new, poised to act as a catalyst for development in areas which have been lacking metro presence till now. This will not only foster economic growth but also facilitate social cohesion across the city. Many top real-estate developers have already left their mark in Dwarka Expressway corridor with luxurious residential properties, taking advantage of the upcoming metro line. With residential property prices hitting a new high every quarter, it is expected that this addition to Gurgaon’s infrastructure will cause the property prices to surge at a high rate. While this is a lucrative opportunity for businesses, this brings in ultra-luxury residential and commercial properties bringing the area under the radar of investors as well as home buyers, who can benefit from property appreciation and rental prospects.
